static Public IP address to allow all
of your VoIP products to communicate
with each other through the Internet.

H.323 compliance products such as
gateway, USB phone and Netmeeting?
A: Yes, the IN-GK fully supports H.323
protocol.

5) Q: Why the IN-GK is not starting
up?
A:
1.
Make sure you use the correct power
adaptor.
2.
Make sure IN-GK’s power light is on.
3. Connect a monitor to the IN-GK to
see if it operated.
6) Q: My PC can not connect to the
IN-GK?
A: 1.
Make sure your PC’s network card works
properly.
2.
Use a RJ-45 crossover cable to connect
from IN-GK to PC.
3.
Make sure the TCP/IP setting on your
PC is correct. Use IN-GK’s IP address
as your default gateway.
4.
Make sure that your USB to Ethernet
Module is securely connected to the
IN-GK’s USB port.
7) Q: How come I cannot configure and
set up the IN-GK?

button.

After any changes, you must “Save and
Reboot” before the changes can take
