1) Q: What is IN-GK system?

A: The IN-GK is an advanced VoIP management system which functions as a packet switching IP-PBX. The IN-GK system will allow your business to take advantage of the communication cost saving found by implementing Voice over IP and will also simplify management by converging voice and data into one network.
The major function of the IN-GK is to transfer and manage call between VoIP products such as IP Phone, VoIP Gateway, Netmeeting and etc.

2) Q: How many static IPs should I get?

A: IN-GK system will need at least one static Public IP address to allow all of your VoIP products to communicate with each other through the Internet.

3) Q: Can the IN-GK can support any H.323 compliance products such as gateway, USB phone and Netmeeting?

A: Yes, the IN-GK fully supports H.323 protocol.

4) Q: What are the items or equipment come in shipping when purchase the IN-GK system?

A:
The following items are included with your order:
1. IN-GK System
2. Power Adaptor
3. USB to Ethernet Port Module
4. RJ-45 Crossover Network Cable
5. IN-GK Monitoring Software CD

5) Q: Why the IN-GK is not starting up?

A:
1. Make sure you use the correct power adaptor. 2. Make sure IN-GK’s power light is on. 3. Connect a monitor to the IN-GK to see if it operated.

6) Q: My PC can not connect to the IN-GK?

A:  1. Make sure your PC’s network card works properly.
2. Use a RJ-45 crossover cable to connect from IN-GK to PC.
3. Make sure the TCP/IP setting on your PC is correct. Use IN-GK’s IP address as your default gateway.
4. Make sure that your USB to Ethernet Module is securely connected to the IN-GK’s USB port.

7) Q: How come I cannot configure and set up the IN-GK?

A:
1. Don’t forget to click on submit button.
2. After any changes, you must “Save and Reboot” before the changes can take affect.
