Q.  What benefit are there in using the IN-Call USB Phone?
 
There are a number of benefits that come with the purchase of an IN-Call USB Phone. One is the convenience of being able to call over the Internet using a phone instead of having to dial using a keypad and wear a headset. Another is that due to advanced technology, the IN-Call USB Phone has significantly enhanced sound quality.

Q.  How do I make an IN-Call USB Phone?
  After you log on to the Internet, double click the IN-Call USB Phone shortcut on the Desktop or click the button on the left of the IN-Call USB Phone and it will prompt you for your phone number and then for your phone number.

Q.  Why do you sometimes not get DTMF tones from the IN-Call USB Phone?
  The reason for not getting DTMF tones is because you are using a Static IP address. In this case, you have to dial your PIN and phone numbers by clicking on your Dial Pad.
