1) Q: What type of Internet connection do I need?

A: A High-speed Internet connection is required for better performance and good voice quality. However, Super USB Phone will work with a bandwidth which is 8K and up.

2) Q: Why installation program does not run?

A: If the auto-run fails to start, double click on My Computers, right click on your CD-ROM and click on open. Then simply double click on "setup.exe" to run the installation program. If you face difficulty during the installation, please e-mail to support

3) Q: Why I cannot make Super USB to Super USB Phone call?

A:
1. Check if you are registered with IN-Call System. 2. Check if the other party is also registered with IN-Call System. 3. Make sure you are connected to Internet. 4. 4) Q: What is IN-GK system?

A: The IN-GK is an advanced VoIP management system which functions as a packet switching IP-PBX. 5) Q. What is an FXO/FXS port of the gateway?

A: FXO port is use to connect to a PSTN line and PBX, while FXS port use to connect to a device such as telephone and fax machine. If you don’t have the right port connecting to the device or line, the system will not be able to communicate with each others.
