1) Q: What type of Internet connection do I need?

A: A High-speed Internet connection is required for better performance and good voice quality. However, LAN Phone will work with a bandwidth which is 8K and up.

2) Q: Why installation program does not run?

A: If the auto-run fails to start, double click on My Computers, right click on your CD-ROM and click on open. Then simply double click on "setup.exe" to run the installation program. If you face difficulty during the installation, please e-mail to

3) Q: Why I hear echo on my LAN Phone?

A: Please use the microphone and speaker settings to adjust the echo level. For best performance set the speaker to 40 to 50.

4) Q: Why I cannot make PSTN phone call?

A:
1. Check your Internet connection. 2. Make sure you have enough credits on your LAN Phone ITSP account. 3. Make sure you are registered with the IN-Call System.

5) Q: Why I cannot make LAN to LAN Phone call?

A:
1. Check if you are registered with IN-Call System. 2. Check if the other party is also registered with IN-Call System. 3. Make sure you are connected to Internet. 4. Make sure you are dialing the correct LAN Phone number of the destination party.

6) Q: Can I unplug the IN-Call LAN Phone while my PC is on?

A: Yes, you can unplug the IN-Call LAN Phone while your computer is on, but all the set up procedure should already be done. To remove the IN-Call LAN Phone safely, stop the IN-Call LAN Phone first and then unplugs the LAN phone.
