• IMPORTANT -
DO NOT plug in the USB
cable - install InCall Phone Center
application first.
Once you have installed the PPG
application center you can then plug
in the USB cable from your Internet
phone.
Web download and installation
To download the latest version of
InCall Phone Center, Please click on
"Download InCall Phone Center" from
below link:
• IMPORTANT -
DO NOT plug in your Internet phone.
• Go to the directory where you downloaded the file.
• Double click on the file you downloaded.
• Follow the install procedure.
CAUTION: DO NOT PLUG IN THE USB PHONE
AT FIRST.
NOTE: Your serial number is on back of
the Super USB Phone.
1.
Download IN-Call Phone Center setup (“incallsetup.zip”)
from above link.
2. Unzip the "incallsetup.zip" file.
If you need a zip utility program
please go to
http://www.winzip.com (If
installing from CD-ROM, setup will
start automatically.)
3. Run the “Setup.exe”.
4. Let the Install shield initialized
and follow the instruction in the
menu.
5. Once the installation is finished,
click on finish button to end the
installation.
6. Now plug your USB Phone and wait
for a while until the system installs
the USB Phone.
7. Double click on the In-Call Phone
Center icon, located on your desktop.
8. If you are installing for the first
time, it will ask for the serial
number. Please enter the serial number
which located on a white label on the
back of your USB phone.
9. After you entered the serial
number, please update your
information. (Note you must enter your
email, name and location)
10. Restart the IN-Call Phone Center
software by exiting the software.
11. Double click on the IN-Call Phone
Center icon to reload the software. e.
Once installation is complete, plug
the USB cable from your Internet phone
into your PC and the appropriate
drivers will be installed, depending
on your configuration two or three
drivers will install in succession.

Running InCall Phone Center for
the first time and placing your first
call
(Double click on the InCall Phone
Center icon on your desktop to start
InCall Phone Center.) |

My information
When you run InCall Phone Center for
the first time it will ask you to
enter your information.
Please enter your:
Name
Email address
Location
Your IP address will be set by InCall
Phone Center.
Click update when you have finished.
If you ever need to change your
information,
click Tools > My information. |

Placing your first call:
After you have clicked on Update, you
will see your Buddy List. If you need
to open Buddy List either double click
on the InCall Phone Center icon on
your desktop or the InCall Phone
Center icon in your tray. |

Click on the the Voice Demo entry
in your Buddy List to select it. Then
click on the call button to place your
call |
Step 5:

The Speaker volume control will
adjust how loud the person calling you
is.
The Microphone volume control should
be set so that during normal
conversation you get the occasional
red square. |
