Microsoft Proxy Server configuration
for PPG
Please install your Personal Phone
Gateway (PPG) in the PC running
Microsoft Proxy Server.
Note: Microsoft Proxy Server does not
support port forwarding so it is not
possible to install your PPG in a PC
on the local network - only on the PC
running Microsoft Proxy Server
Also Note: General router configuration for PPG
If your Internet router is not
described here, check the user manual
or contact your router vendor for
instructions on implementing port
forwarding to the PC with your PPG
installed as follows:
• Port 6667 (IRC server).
• Port 1720 (NetMeeting).
