B. You agree not to use any IN-Call Co. services for the transmission of "junk mail", "Spam", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass distribution of messages or use any IN-Call Co. services to collect or harvest personal information about other users. C. You agree that IN-Call Co. may in its sole discretion terminate your account if it believes you have in any way violated the Terms of Service. D. BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS AND CLICKING FOR THE CHECKED "Read IN-Call Co.'s Terms & Conditions" CHECKBOX BEFORE SUBMITTING THE "Add To Cart" BUTTON, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BY IN-Call Co. II. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES IN-Call Co. is providing User with the capability to make discount or free long distance or international phone calls by using IN-Call Co.’s VoIP products/services, send and receive electronic messages, faxes, voice messages, III. SHOPPING TERMS (1) Purchase by Credit Card Rules: Purchase online by CREDIT CARD IS FOR USA customer only. Before clicking on "Add To Cart" button, the customer must have already read the "IN-Call Co.'s Terms &Conditions", which means the customer hereby authorizes IN-Call Co. to charge his/hers credit card for the purchase of IN-Call Co.’s service or products. IF the credit card purchase is more than $100 USD, customer needs to fax IN-Call Co., an Authorization Letter attach with:

(2) Purchase ITSP account, Virtual Calling Card and Global Talk Voice Message Service that are not allowed for refund in any condition. These are considered as service and are not taxable. (3) RMA Policy: Each returned merchandise needs to get a RMA# from IN-Call Co., and the restocking charge is 30% off the invoice total. The shipping and handling charge from the original invoice will not be refunded. Any of the return or exchange needs to be done within 30 days from invoice date. (4) Tax will be applied to California customers only. (5) Automatic shipping charge is good for US customers only. (6) International customers have to send order form to IN-Call Co., by e-mail or by fax to get quotation of shipping. I. USER'S REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS In consideration of use of the IN-Call Co. Services, User agrees:
a. To provide true, accurate, current and complete information about User as prompted by the Customer Registration form, and b. To maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. Information about a User shall be referred to as "User Data." If any information provided by User is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, IN-Call Co. has the right to terminate User's account and refuse any and all current or future use of the IN-Call Co. Service by user. c. To be solely responsible for any and all charges incurred by customer due to customer's use of a local access number. d. To be solely responsible for any and all charges incurred by customer due to customer's use of any wireless device including, but not limited to, a cellular phone.
II. USE OF USER DATA IN-Call Co. may disclose User Data to carefully screened companies that may offer User products and services. IN-Call Co. will not disclose billing information or account access information except as authorized by User or User's representative or as required by law or legal process, or as set forth in Paragraph VI below. If you prefer not to receive any offers of information, please inform sales III. PRIVACY POLICY IN-Call Co. considers any and all messages transmitted via the IN-Call Co. services to be private communication between the User and the recipient. IN-Call Co. will not monitor, edit or disclose the content of a User's private communications, except that User agrees IN-Call Co. may do so:
a. As required by law; b. To comply with legal process; c. Is necessary to enforce this license; d. To respond to claims that the communicator violated the rights of third-parties; or e. To protect the rights or property of IN-Call Co. or others.
User acknowledges, understands and agrees that IN-Call Co. does not endorse the content of any User communications and IN-Call Co. is not responsible or liable for any unlawful, harassing, libelous, privacy invading, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar. Obscene, tortuous, of otherwise objectionable content, or content that infringes or may infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of another. IV. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY IN-Call Co.’s Virtual Calling card, Web Phone and ITSP account User will receive a password and account designation upon completing the customer registration process. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under User's password or account. User agrees to immediately notify IN-Call Co. at sales of any unauthorized use of User's password or account or any other breach of security. In the event of unauthorized use of User's credit card, notify credit card provider immediately. For more information about the Fair Credit Billing Act, contact the Bureau of Consumer Protection or the Federal Trade Commission" V. MEMBER CONDUCT User agrees to abide by all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in User's user of the IN-Call Co. products and services, and agrees not to interfere with the use and enjoyment of the IN-Call Co. services by any other user or users. User agrees to be solely responsible for the contents of User's transmissions through the IN-Call Co. services. User agrees:
a. To not use the IN-Call Co. Services for illegal purposes; b. To not interfere with or disrupt any IN-Call.com or 1internet-phone.com services or servers or network connected to the IN-Call Co. Services; c. To comply with all requirements, procedures, policies and regulations of networks connected to the IN-Call Co. Service; d. To comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of data exported from the United States. User agrees not to transmit through the IN-Call Co. services any unlawful, harassing libelous, privacy invading, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind. User agrees not to transmit any material that violates the rights of another; not limited to the intellectual property rights of another; e. To not transmit any material that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation; f. To not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems or networks connected to the IN-Call Co. services; g. To not impersonate or create a false identity of any person, including but not limited to, a IN-Call Co. official, forum, leader, guide or host; and h. To not transmit "junk mail," "Spam", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass distribution of commercial messages.
