Peter Nieh
President
Digital Service Group, Inc
Prior to starting In-Call.com Mr.
Nieh held the position of Vice President of Optec,
MKY, Inc a manufacture of LED and ISP devices. Before
this Mr. Nieh was a Vice President of KPT, and
Anacom Inc, manufacturer of electronic items and
also President at MPI Group, which is a manufacture
of electronic, and computer items.
Mr. Nieh graduated from Columbia University with
a degree in Mathematics and lives with his family
in Walnut California.

Vice President Sales and Marketing
Digital Service Group, Inc
Mr. Weaver has 15 years of experience in VOIP
and telecommunications and held the position of
Vice President of Worldwide sales for Franklin
Telecom, Netrue Communications and Alta Pacific
Telecom in Europe. He was also part of the turn
around team at Western Digital which returned
the company to profitability in 1990. Mr. Weaver
is known for entertaining audiences as a frequent
convention speaker who demystifies VOIP and makes
it applicable to all forms of business. Mr. Weaver
attended UCLA, NMU and WCU where the majored business,
psychology and International Marketing.

Grace Chen
Office Manager
Digital Service Group, Inc
Prior
to Joining the IN-Call Team, Ms. Chen held the
position in international trade where she operated
business in China, Taiwan and USA. Before this Ms. Chen was a
Real Estate Investor in Investment properties
and also established restaurant chain business
in Los Angeles. Grace Chen graduated from Taiwan
University with a degree in English Literature.

Hightower
Director of Technical Services
Digital Service Group, Inc
Prior
to joining the IN-Call Team, Mr. Hightower founded
TDH Associates a Full Service computer consulting
company and spent over 10 years in the Airline
industry. Mr. Hightower has a strong background
in aviation including being a pilot for over 20
years. His educational background has been engineering
based attending Baltimore Polytechnic Institute
and Institute Universite de Science Pour L'Ingenier
a Marseille "IUSPIM", France. Mr. Hightower is
continuing his education at CalState University
majoring in French and Mathematics.
