Q:
Under the system requirement of in-call, I saw analog
phone but in my country 95% uses digital telephone line
. what effect is this going to have on the Machine?
will it work with digital line?
Also our voltage ratings is 200-220v, what do you think?
A: Just test this. As long as the line you use connect
to regular phone will ring, and then the box will work.
Just try to Plug in the phone line with regular phone
and see if the phone will ring when you call the line,
if it rings, the VOIP box will work, it does not matter
what the top layer is digital or analog.
Q:Is
there any possibility for the ISP to block the In-Call
server from their customers therefore In-call customers
will not be able to use the device?
A:Sure, the top ISP can always block anything or anyway
they want if there is no law against them. They always
have firewalls and can eliminate all kinds of protocols
or ports they want. If they blocked the ports In-call
use, you will not able to use them.
Q:If
the answer Yes, Is there any chance for us to get away
from this problem. For example, changing the server
IP address from time to time automatically?
A:Changing the server port from IP to IP may or may
not work, it depend on how the top ISP blocks your computer.
If they block it by IP address, then change IP will
work. If they block it by ports on all the IP, then
does not matter how you change the IP, it will not work.
But usually they do not block the port unless there
is a specific reason because they will get complain
from other people who uses the ports for other purposes.
